How to active CURL in localhost

Most of the them we faced issue with curl function while we working in localhost. Basically, when we install local server in our machine then CURL function set as inactive. That’s why it show an error message because local server can’t initiate curl function. But we can active curl in localhost very easily. Follow the steps.

Step: 01

Go to xampp folder.

Step: 02

In xampp folder you will find another folder “PHP”. Open PHP folder.

Step: 03

In PHP folder you will find a file “php.ini”. Open php.ini file and search a word “curl”. Have a look –

Replace this text “;extension=php_curl.dll” with “extension=php_curl.dll” or Just remove semicolon “;” before “extension” text and save it.

We are done. Restart your xampp server and run curl function. Enjoy.
